Welcome to the Wisconsin Alliance for Infant Mental Health online Endorsement® system!
Register and manage your application and Endorsement through EASy. You can work on your application at your own pace and submit at any of our quarterly submission deadlines: March 15th, June 15th, September 15th, and December 15th. You will hear back a determination on your submitted application approximately 4 - 6 weeks after the submission deadline.
View the Competency Guidelines to see the requirements and competencies for each category of Endorsement. Requirements are also listed at the top of each page of your Endorsement application.
Hard Deadline for Endorsement® Renewal: 12/31/24
If you were endorsed in or before 2023, you can now access the renewal portal for your Endorsement® in EASy. Folks endorsed in 2024 will not need to renew until 2027.
Endorsement® renewal has been simplified into an attestation-based process. For 2024 renewal, Endorsees will attest to one year’s worth of training and RSC hours (if applicable) and WI-AIMH membership. Click here to view a video outlining the attestation process.
Please be sure to complete your renewal by 12/31/24. The updates to EASY around the renewal process will shift those who do not renew to “Inactive” status after the deadline.
Renewal Requirements:
- 15 hours of IMH centered training (requireed for all categories)
- 1 of 15 must be specific to DEI in IMH (all categories)
- 3 of 15 must be specific to the provision of RSC (for Enodrsed Reflective Supervisors and Mentor-Clinicals)
- 12 hours of reflective supervision received (for family specialist, mental health specialist and mentor-clinical categories only)
Mental Health Specialist Requirements are Changing
All Mental Health Specialist applications are under construction. You will not be able to submit your application for this category of Endorsement® until 2025. There are changes coming to the work and training requirements. The Code of Ethics will also be updated, as well as the reference rating forms. Also, perhaps most exciting of all - there will no longer be an exam for this category of Endorsement®!
Please keep these changes in mind if you choose to work on your application while it is under construction. When the "freeze" is lifted on January 1 2025, MHS applicants will need to review their application and make necessary edits before submitting.

Reflective Supervision
Looking for a Reflective Supervisor/ Consultant? Check out WI-AIMH's RSC Provider Registry!
The RSC registry consists of endorsed professionals who have agreed to be listed publicly as a provider of reflective supervision. You are welcome to use this registry to reach out to local providers, inquiring about their rate, availability, style, and any other important questions you may have to help you find a provider that best fits your needs. Your RSC provider does not have to be on this list to qualify. Reach out if you are not sure if the hours you receive can count towards your Endorsement.
Want to be listed on the Registry as a provider of reflective supervision/consultation? Email your contact information to endorsement@wiaimh.org

You are joining an international group of professionals who have chosen to earn the Endorsement credential as a way to demonstrate specialization in the infant-early childhood mental health field. Endorsement was developed by the Michigan Association for Infant Mental Health in 2002 and is now used by 37 state IMH associations and 2 international associations. Each of those associations is a member of the Alliance for the Advancement of Infant Mental Health.
Through the Alliance, this means that your Endorsement is recognized in each of those 39 associations.
